Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries knowledgeably.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with efficiency and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
