Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, including dietary preferences or special requests.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems with precision.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
