Responsibility
- Monitor and patrol villa premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activities.
- Conduct regular security checks of doors, windows, and alarm systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist guests and residents with inquiries, directions, and access control in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or suspicious behavior, and escalate to authorities when necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor access for reporting purposes.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Collaborate with villa staff and management to address security concerns and implement safety protocols.
- Provide first aid or emergency assistance if required, and coordinate with medical or law enforcement personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field, preferably in hospitality or residential settings.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and authorities.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for long durations, including in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Familiarity with security equipment (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems) is advantageous.
- Integrity, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
