Responsibility
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in a high-end dining environment
- Present menus, make recommendations, and explain daily specials with confidence
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Maintain impeccable table settings and dining area presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of wine and food pairing
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Professional appearance and grooming standards
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one)
