Responsibility

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing the overall F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement innovative menus and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B outlets.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the F&B department.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage operations, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
