Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or outlet management, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
- Proven track record in P&L management and financial acumen.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
