Responsibility

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or outlet management, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
  • Proven track record in P&L management and financial acumen.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
