Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all outlet visitors.
- Assist with sales transactions, including cash handling and POS system operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock and replenish products to ensure availability and attractive display.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
- Follow company policies and procedures for hygiene, safety, and service standards.
- Participate in promotional activities and special events as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
