Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino and international dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.

  • Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage inventory and track ingredient usage to minimize waste and control costs.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflows and meet daily order targets efficiently.
  • Adapt recipes and cooking methods to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen station at all times.
  • Assist in menu development and provide feedback on dish performance and customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen staff in a restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen setting (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and familiarity with international dishes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent knife skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
  • Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
