Responsibility
- Prepare and cook a variety of Filipino and international dishes according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all meals are fresh, flavorful, and presented attractively for delivery or pickup.
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage inventory and track ingredient usage to minimize waste and control costs.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflows and meet daily order targets efficiently.
- Adapt recipes and cooking methods to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen station at all times.
- Assist in menu development and provide feedback on dish performance and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen staff in a restaurant, catering, or cloud kitchen setting (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Filipino cuisine and familiarity with international dishes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Excellent knife skills, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
- Team player with strong communication and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
