Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and bakery items with a focus on consistency and presentation.
- Greet and assist customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, dining areas, and equipment.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and manage orders accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory, manage supplies, and uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down café operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold Keong Saik Bakery’s brand values by delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide full training for the right candidates!
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10kg).
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (for foreign applicants).
