Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to maintain stock efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food and beverage preparations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff and customers.
- In-depth knowledge of café operations, including coffee preparation, food service, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management, cost control, and basic financial reporting.
