Responsibility
- Manage motorcycle rental bookings, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Conduct thorough inspections of rental units to ensure safety and functionality before and after each rental.
- Coordinate with mechanics to schedule maintenance and repairs, ensuring all units are in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and customer details.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering recommendations for local attractions.
- Assist in managing rental schedules to maximize fleet availability and customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring accurate transactions and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold company standards and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or rental operations (experience in hospitality is highly desirable).
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail, especially when inspecting rental units and handling administrative tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with booking and payment systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
