Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with Wingstop’s standards and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high productivity.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and inventory to ensure consistency and minimize waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, performance expectations, and operational updates.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for team members.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional activities and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
