Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready for guests at all times.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented personality.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Neat and professional appearance with adherence to grooming standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
