Responsibility
- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring high standards of service across all departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and F&B.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multicultural team of hospitality professionals to deliver 5-star guest experiences.
- Implement and monitor SOP compliance, health/safety protocols, and sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to drive occupancy rates and revenue through strategic promotions and partnerships.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational profitability.
- Resolve guest complaints and escalations with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews.
- Coordinate with Duty Engineers and Maintenance Staff to maintain resort facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to position the resort as a market leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in resort/hotel management, with a proven track record in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing 100+ staff across multiple departments.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), POS, and financial software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Baliās tourism market and local regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a high-pressure environment.
