Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Deliver orders promptly and efficiently, adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings, condiments, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with attentiveness and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments accurately and assist with billing inquiries.
- Participate in training programs to enhance service skills, product knowledge, and cultural awareness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
