Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet resort standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns with promptness and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with side work.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant, resort, or hotel is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairings, as well as dietary restrictions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift trays or items up to 10 kg.
- Professional appearance and adherence to resort grooming standards.
