Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of concierge staff to deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring all requests are handled with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge desk, including reservations, transportation, dining recommendations, and local experience coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, tour operators, and VIP service providers to offer exclusive guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure a flawless stay, from arrival to departure.
- Collaborate with hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B) to streamline guest services and enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on local events, cultural highlights, and travel trends to provide accurate, up-to-date recommendations.
- Handle sensitive guest information with confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
- Contribute to service innovation by proposing new concierge programs or guest engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations with diplomacy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep knowledge of Baliās geography, culture, and premium offerings (e.g., private tours, fine dining, wellness retreats).
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
