Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high performance, professionalism, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to drive profitability.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly to uphold the brand’s reputation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet or high-volume environment.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, improving service standards, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial acumen in F&B.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and hospitality software (e.g., Toast, Lightspeed).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
  • Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
  • Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-first mindset and a hands-on approach.
