Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple F&B outlets, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high performance, professionalism, and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflows to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, to drive profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly to uphold the brand’s reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest experience and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet or high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams, improving service standards, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and financial acumen in F&B.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and hospitality software (e.g., Toast, Lightspeed).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Passion for the hospitality industry with a guest-first mindset and a hands-on approach.
