Join TBI Group as a Storekeeper & Receiving Administrator for our premium seafood restaurant outlet in Bali. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate receiving processes, and efficient warehouse operations. You will play a key role in maintaining stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the restaurant’s daily operations.

Responsibility

  • Manage and organize inventory in the restaurant’s warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights to management for procurement decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in storage and handling processes.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to fulfill inventory requests promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
