Join TBI Group as a Storekeeper & Receiving Administrator for our premium seafood restaurant outlet in Bali. Responsibility
- Manage and organize inventory in the restaurant’s warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries, ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issuances, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
- Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and provide insights to management for procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations in storage and handling processes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to fulfill inventory requests promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
