Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Coffeebay standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and tracking ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations and a positive work environment.
- Educate customers about our menu offerings, including coffee blends, bakery items, and seasonal specials.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
