Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and fresh juice beverages according to brand standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other barista equipment with precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong knowledge of tea, coffee, and juice preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Certification in food safety or barista training is a plus.
- Passion for the beverage industry and a willingness to learn and grow with the brand.
