As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive 12-18 month program designed to develop your leadership skills in restaurant operations, guest relations, and team management. This role offers a competitive salary of $3,100–$3,500 per month, plus Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and performance-based variable bonuses. Successful trainees may be fast-tracked into supervisory or managerial roles within our expanding portfolio of high-end restaurants across Bali.

Responsibility
- Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in accordance with Michelin standards.
- Shadow and support department heads in front-of-house and back-of-house management.
- Participate in staff training programs to uphold service excellence and brand consistency.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with procurement, and ensure cost control measures are followed.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate service timing and presentation.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity.
- Assist in event planning and execution for private dining and special occasions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in fine dining or luxury hotels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Passion for gastronomy and a keen interest in Michelin-starred dining experiences.
- Leadership potential with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Eligibility to work in Indonesia (work permits sponsored for exceptional candidates).
