Responsibility
- Lead the bar team in preparing and serving high-end cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with consistency and flair.
- Develop and refine signature drink menus tailored to seasonal themes and guest preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including responsible alcohol service.
- Train and mentor junior bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders to maintain optimal bar supplies.
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and elevate their dining experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless coordination during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
- Proven expertise in mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and cost control principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is highly desirable.
