Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea, juice, and other beverages according to CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and tracking supply levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Handle cash transactions and use POS systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista, Service Crew, or in a similar F&B role is a plus, but not required—training will be provided!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation techniques (e.g., brewing tea, blending juices) is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with cash handling and POS systems is a bonus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
