Responsibility
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, ensuring all areas are spotless and presentable.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities (e.g., toiletries, tea/coffee supplies) as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain seamless housekeeping operations during peak periods.
- Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, preferably in hotels, resorts, or luxury residences.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.
