Responsibility
- Assist in the timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to dining tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
- Support the waitstaff by replenishing utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, or other items (up to 10-15 kg) comfortably.
- High energy levels and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic understanding of English or Indonesian to communicate with team members and guests.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance.
