Responsibility

  • Assist in the timely delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to dining tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards.
  • Support the waitstaff by replenishing utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold the restaurant’s high standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry trays, plates, or other items (up to 10-15 kg) comfortably.
  • High energy levels and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Basic understanding of English or Indonesian to communicate with team members and guests.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining a professional appearance.
