Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen, storage, and service areas.
- Pack, label, and organize food supplies, ingredients, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist with dishwashing, waste disposal, and recycling in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support the culinary team by preparing workstations and ensuring all tools are sanitized and ready for use.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged supplies to supervisors.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols to uphold industry standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during peak service hours.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned, including floors, walls, and storage units.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or cleaning roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities in a busy setting.
