Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch butler service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience.
- Coordinate and execute bespoke guest requests, including dining reservations, transportation, and exclusive local experiences.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation of guest suites and common areas, ensuring all details meet the villa’s luxury standards.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping, culinary, and management teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events, private dinners, and in-villa celebrations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of guest amenities, supplies, and minibar items, ensuring availability and quality.
- Uphold the villa’s confidentiality and security protocols, ensuring guest privacy and safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a butler or luxury hospitality role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or private villa.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by guest schedules.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Experience with event coordination, fine dining, or concierge services is highly desirable.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, dining, and cultural experiences in Bali to provide personalized recommendations.
- Certification in hospitality or butler training (e.g., from a recognized institution) is a strong advantage.
