Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor to all guests and patrons.
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.) according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate POS systems accurately, handling cash and digital transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including workstations, customer areas, and storage spaces.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies, tracking usage, and reporting low levels to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and special events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kg.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided.
