Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Present menus, explain specials, and make personalized recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions with integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality setting (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to restaurant dress code.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, wine pairing, or local cuisine is advantageous.
