Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve drinks and meals promptly, ensuring high standards of presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar areas, and service stations.
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Assist in restocking bar supplies and preparing the dining area for service.
- Provide personalized recommendations for food and drink pairings.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bar, bistro, or restaurant setting (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work late-night shifts (7 PM – 3 AM) with energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and wine service is a plus.
- Neat, professional appearance and adherence to hygiene standards.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Indonesian work permit (KITAS) or eligibility to work in Bali.
