Responsibility
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks with professionalism, adhering to presentation and timing standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to comply with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
