Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing recommendations when needed.
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
