Responsibility
- Curate and perform live DJ sets for resort events, pool parties, and evening entertainment, tailoring music to diverse audiences.
- Design and execute engaging activities programs, including themed nights, games, and social events for guests of all ages.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to align musical and activity schedules with resort promotions and guest preferences.
- Operate and maintain professional audio equipment, ensuring flawless sound quality for all performances.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere, fostering memorable experiences.
- Stay updated on music trends, new releases, and emerging genres to keep the resort’s entertainment fresh and exciting.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment, including speakers, lighting, and microphones.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Disc Jockey (DJ) in hospitality, events, or nightlife settings (2+ years preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of DJ equipment (e.g., Pioneer CDJs, mixers, controllers) and audio software (e.g., Serato, Traktor).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Creative mindset with the ability to read crowds and adapt music selections accordingly.
- Experience in hosting or coordinating activities, games, or entertainment programs is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the resort’s event schedule.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-energy, professional performances.
- Basic knowledge of music production or editing is a bonus.
