Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables upon arrival.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed recommendations on Thai dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and resetting stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with a professional and positive attitude.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Promote seasonal campaigns and menu additions to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred.
- A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a smile.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai is a significant advantage.
