Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, restock supplies, and assist in ordering beverages and ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop and introduce new drink recipes to enhance the menu.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Barista, or in a similar role within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, coffee preparation, and beverage trends.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is a plus.
