Responsibility
- Monitor and operate surveillance equipment to ensure hotel safety.
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and parking lots.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns.
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Assist guests and staff with security-related inquiries or issues.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
- Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency response procedures.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
