Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of F&B staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Oversee daily floor operations, including seating, order management, and guest interactions.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring efficient stock rotation and minimal waste.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management to optimize workflow and service speed.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events or special dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within F&B, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a desire to innovate within the role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is advantageous.
