Responsibility
- Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food production.
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the resort’s standards and recipes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh and stocked.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance guest dining experiences.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role in a high-end restaurant or resort.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
