Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure all orders are correct.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and preparing the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
