Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

- Operate the cash register, handle transactions accurately, and manage daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment.
- Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies to ensure the service area is well-equipped at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to uphold health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotions, and service techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
