Responsibility
- Coordinate and confirm travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodations, and activities for clients.
- Liaise with vendors, hotels, and local service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage tour itineraries, ensuring all bookings, permits, and schedules are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide real-time support to travelers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings, payments, and client communications in our internal systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and promote new tour packages.
- Conduct pre-tour briefings and post-tour follow-ups to gather feedback and improve services.
- Stay updated on local tourism trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using travel management software, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape, including popular destinations and local vendors.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
