Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of baristas and service staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee pavilion, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Train and mentor staff on coffee preparation, customer service, and operational procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere in the coffee pavilion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality or coffee industry.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
