Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all areas are free of debris and spills.
- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Restock cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the management team.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to comply with health regulations.
- Respond promptly to any spills or messes to ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to maintain a seamless and efficient operation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
