Responsibility
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service during assigned shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including supplies and equipment.
- Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to optimize workflow and service quality.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for front-of-house staff.
- Drive sales through upselling techniques and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or F&B.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record in customer service and team management.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Certification in hospitality management is a plus.
