Responsibility
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, seating, and attending to customers promptly and courteously.
- Boost sales through effective upselling techniques, recommending menu items, and promoting special offers.
- Manage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Maintain a pristine and safe dining area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas, ensuring readiness for service.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and preparation methods.
