Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with department heads to track and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial data analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in financial analysis and hospitality management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and familiarity with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
