Responsibility
- Engage with potential luxury travel clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and needs.

- Provide detailed information about our exclusive travel packages, destinations, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead qualifications in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transition qualified leads for further consultation.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the luxury travel industry.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a high level of customer service.
