Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of baristas to maintain high standards of customer service and coffee quality.
- Manage inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, to prevent shortages or wastage.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with management to develop promotional activities and improve customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized coffee shop environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a coffee shop or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
