Responsibility
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, including opening/closing procedures.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of baristas and staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns.
- Maintain inventory levels and place orders for supplies.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the management team on promotions, events, and menu updates.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and POS systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in coffee (e.g., SCA) or hospitality management is advantageous.
